Filing an Ethics Complaint

There are some important considerations when filing an ethics complaint that you should be aware of. We highly encourage reading "Before You File An Ethics Complaint" prior to completing our online complaint form. You will also need to provide which article of the code you believe has been violated, therefore a copy of the code is available here.
