a. List ALL logo(s) to be used in the creation of your collateral piece.
All logos should be minimum 72 dpi resolution. No logos from websites.
a. What date do you need the job “delivered?” This is VERY IMPORTANT. ALL incoming projects will be placed into the production schedule in priority order.
III. Type of Request
a. Indicate the type of collateral that best describes your request. If none provided apply, please check ‘Other’ and provide a short description of your project.
a. Indicate how many pieces you are requesting. As of this printing, under 250 quantity can be printed in-house. 250 and above will be sent to appropriate outsourced vendor (and charged to your committee’s budget).
Complete Section C. Creative Brief:
I. To ensure accuracy, ALL TEXT describing this event/project (including time, date, location, cost, registration link, limits on number of registrations, theme, etc.) MUST be submitted electronically as a part of this form (See section VI. Message) OR as a separate electronic Word or Excel file emailed to email@example.com after submitting this form. Send any related photos (such as pictures of speakers) as well.
