At BAR we strive to keep your dues low. BAR collects for the state and national associations as well. In addition to your BAR, AAR & NAR dues your invoice will include the following:

• BAR initiation fees (This is a one-time fee provided you keep your membership current
• AAR initiation fees (This is a one-time fee provided you keep your membership current)
• BAR, AAR, and NAR REALTOR® Dues (Annual) NAR and AAR Image Assessment (Annual)
• RPAC contribution* $35 (annual) *RPAC contributions are voluntary and are not tax-deductible
